Around the Cottage

 

With excellent insulation, double glazing and TWO central heating systems you will always be cosy in the evenings. There is both electric Economy 7 heating (for convenience) and an open fire with a 'back boiler' which heats water and central heating radiators. Of course a comprehensive fire guard is available if you have children around.

Electricity and fuel are included in the price.

 

There are two bedrooms; one with a double bed, fitted wardrobe and TV, the other with twin beds is also fully fitted. A cot is available.

 

The house bathroom, recently re modelled has a shower unit over the bath.

The kitchen is fitted with microwave, fridge freezer, and washing machine.

The lounge/dining room has additionally a TV DVD video player and sound system, also a payphone is available.

 

Access to the cottage is by two steps but then all the accommodation is on one floor. The cottage is set within half an acre of grounds shared with the owners' house. An area of the garden close by the cottage is designated for our guests to use and garden chairs and table are available.

 

Parking for two cars, or more by prior arrangement could be made available.

 

All fuel, electricity and bed linen are supplied inclusive in the tariff.

 

This is a no smoking rule please for all our residents within the property.

 

Pets are welcome provided of course that the owners ensure that there is no damage to the furniture and fittings. Please also clean up in the garden!
